- Manage end-to-end order processing from receipt to final delivery
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure product freshness and availability
- Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics for timely bouquet fulfillment
- Implement quality control checks during packing and preparation stages
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve fulfillment issues

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in operations, logistics, or supply chain management
- Proven experience with inventory management systems
