We are looking for a dynamic Operations & Guest Relations Lead to oversee the daily operations and guest engagement for our two premier locations in beautiful Bali. This is a hands-on leadership role designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to maintaining high standards of service.

As our Lead, you will be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring that every guest interaction is seamless, professional, and aligned with our brand values. You will manage workflows, mentor staff, and solve operational challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day operational workflows across our two Bali properties.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution to ensure 5-star service.
  • Oversee on-site staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain consistent service standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement guest satisfaction initiatives to enhance our brand reputation.
  • Maintain property safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards at all times.
  • Prepare daily or weekly operational reports for management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality management, guest relations, or boutique hotel operations.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and handle high-pressure situations with grace.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational hurdles.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) or basic operational software.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by the industry.
  • Deep understanding of the Bali tourism market and local guest expectations.
