We are seeking a dynamic Operations Head to lead our poultry dressing plant operations and drive operational excellence. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in manufacturing processes to oversee daily production activities while ensuring stringent quality standards, food safety compliance, and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for optimizing workflows, implementing cost-effective solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily poultry dressing plant operations to ensure efficient production and adherence to schedules
- Implement and maintain quality control systems for product consistency and food safety compliance
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage production costs, resource allocation, and waste reduction strategies
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements
- Lead and develop operations teams through training, coaching, and performance management
- Collaborate with maintenance, logistics, and quality assurance departments
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of operations management experience in poultry or food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO, and food safety regulations
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction
- Advanced leadership skills with team management experience
- Experience with ERP systems and production planning software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
