BuiltaMart is looking for a dedicated Operations Hub Lead to take charge of our daily logistics and distribution activities. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth flow of goods, manage team performance, and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency and safety standards. We are seeking a proactive leader who can optimize our hub operations to meet customer demands effectively.
As an Operations Hub Lead, you will be the face of our logistics operations, ensuring that every process—from receiving to dispatch—runs seamlessly. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy, managing staff schedules, and fostering a positive work environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the hub, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline warehouse workflows.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the facility.
- Coordinate with transportation partners and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing or retail environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team.
- Knowledge of local logistics regulations and safety protocols.
