Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily administrative and clerical tasks to support the operations department.
- Support the documentation of operational reports and inventory logs.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth information flow and project support.
- Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Help monitor supply levels and facilitate requests for operational materials.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and operational policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new software or operational tools.
- Ability to commit to the part-time internship schedule in Tabang, Bulacan.
