About the Position
As an Operations & Inventory Technician, your day-to-day activities will focus on warehouse inventory management, preventative equipment maintenance, and supporting our delivery operations. We are looking for a proactive individual who can thrive in a hands-on environment and take ownership of their responsibilities. From managing stock levels to keeping our fleet of handling equipment in top condition, you will be the key to maintaining a smooth and efficient operation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse inventory management, including accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, packaging machinery) to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
- Coordinate and support delivery operations, including route planning, loading/unloading, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in strict compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Assist in the documentation and reporting of operational metrics, such as inventory turnover, equipment usage, and delivery performance.
- Collaborate with the logistics and procurement teams to optimize inventory levels and enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and actively participate in implementing best practices in warehouse operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or a similar technician role.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Valid Class 3 driving license is a strong advantage for supporting delivery operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on, proactive 'can-do' attitude.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks, including lifting heavy items (up to 20kg) and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to accuracy in all aspects of inventory management and documentation.
