- Design and implement robust operational systems utilizing advanced automation and AI-driven platforms.
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure 100% accuracy and maximum efficiency across all departments.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and develop digital solutions to streamline complex workflows.
- Lead the integration and maintenance of digital tools and ERP systems within the company ecosystem.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and stay updated on emerging ICT trends.
- Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the operations team, fostering a culture of innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management, specifically within the ICT or Tech sector.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing automation and AI tools in a business environment.
- Strong technical literacy with proficiency in digital project management and automation software.
