Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end F&B operations including inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Lead and mentor a team of F&B professionals to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and cost optimization
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all F&B outlets
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous enhancement
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and management teams for seamless service delivery
- Manage budgetary controls and implement cost-effective operational practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of F&B operations experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Strong knowledge of F&B supply chain management, inventory control systems, and cost analysis
- Proven ability to lead teams, train staff, and maintain service excellence standards
- Expertise in implementing health and safety compliance protocols (HACCP, ISO)
- Advanced proficiency in operational management software and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail and customer focus
