We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Lead to join our team in Tuas. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and managing the set-up of end-to-end production operations within our future manufacturing facility. You will drive the operational readiness for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring that manufacturing capabilities are established to meet strategic business goals.
As the Operations Lead, you will bridge the gap between engineering, supply chain, and production teams to ensure seamless transitions from development to mass production. You will establish robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), oversee equipment validation, and champion a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of NPI projects from concept to commercial production, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and production staff to ensure seamless integration of new products.
- Define and implement comprehensive operational strategies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions for the manufacturing facility.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), regulatory standards, and safety protocols throughout the production setup process.
- Oversee facility setup, equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and process validation activities to guarantee product quality and consistency.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production workflows, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Operations Management, NPI, or Project Management within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of GMP, FDA regulations, and international manufacturing standards.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex capital projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and ERP systems.
