Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring timely order processing and delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels and stock accuracy.
- Analyze supply chain performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Resolve operational issues and communicate potential delays to stakeholders immediately.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and safety regulations in all operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations coordination, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote setting.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently during dayshift hours.
