- Coordinate and execute the daily collection and delivery of items and documents across various locations in Singapore.
- Perform meticulous processing of collected items, ensuring all data entry and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency and adherence to strict timelines.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding delivery status.
- Identify and report any operational bottlenecks or issues encountered during field activities.
- Ensure all handled goods and documents are secured and managed according to company safety and confidentiality protocols.
- Collaborate with the operations team to refine logistics processes and improve overall service delivery.
- Manage basic inventory tracking and reporting related to the collection and processing cycle.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a GCE 'O' Level, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, courier services, or operations-heavy roles.
- Familiarity with Singapore's road networks and public transport systems to navigate efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficient in basic digital tools and mobile applications for tracking and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on professional customer service.
- Physically fit and comfortable with daily travel and manual handling of items.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail in processing sensitive documents or high-value items.
