- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of airport skytrain/rail systems to ensure 99.9% uptime
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs aligned with ISO and regulatory standards
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of technicians and engineers across maintenance shifts
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and system recovery during disruptions
- Manage maintenance budgets, vendor contracts, and capital improvement projects
- Analyze performance data to optimize maintenance schedules and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices
- Collaborate with airport authorities on system upgrades and technology integration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in rail systems maintenance, with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in airport transit systems or heavy rail maintenance
- Strong knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies and CMMS systems
- Safety certifications (e.g., ISO 55001, ISO 9001) preferred
- Experience managing maintenance budgets exceeding $1M annually
- Excellent problem-solving skills with crisis management experience
- Singaporean PR or citizenship required for security clearance
