Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily production workflows and operational activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations staff to drive engagement and productivity.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead Lean or Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and optimize costs.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations within the facility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including engineering and supply chain, to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets and resource allocation effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, manufacturing supervision, or logistics.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and operational software.
- Fluent in English and Malay/Mandarin (depending on local context, usually English is sufficient for corporate).
