- Execute daily operational tasks across retail departments including inventory control, store layout optimization, and logistics coordination

- Shadow senior managers to understand strategic decision-making processes and leadership frameworks

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Maximum 2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and problem-solving
- Excellent communication abilities in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic ERP systems
