Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all aspects of UPVC/Aluminum doors and windows manufacturing operations
- Develop and implement efficient production processes to maximize output and minimize waste
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and procedures
- Manage and mentor production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor production metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the manufacturing sector
- Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality standards
- Strong knowledge of UPVC/Aluminum doors and windows manufacturing processes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in production management software and MS Office applications
