Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of premium sports facilities including scheduling, staffing, and maintenance coordination
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Manage inventory, procurement, and budget allocation for facility resources
- Lead and mentor operational staff through performance management and training programs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all facility operations
- Analyze operational metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and enhance customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management within sports, hospitality, or facility management
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of operational best practices and safety protocols
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in budget management and resource optimization
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field
