Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day distribution and warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Lead and mentor operations staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics partners to optimize the supply chain and reduce lead times.
- Maintain strict quality control standards across all product handling and distribution activities.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with workplace safety regulations and industrial standards.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce operational costs and waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operations or warehouse management role within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Proven expertise in supply chain management and process optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Deep understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance in a warehouse environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
