Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end production scheduling to ensure 100% adherence to customer delivery timelines.
- Drive HPU (Hours Per Unit) improvement initiatives through lean manufacturing principles and process re-engineering.
- Analyze cycle times and implement strategic improvements to increase throughput and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Manage inventory levels and material flow, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing carrying costs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of production supervisors and floor staff, fostering a high-performance work culture.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable data-driven insights to senior management.
- Ensure full compliance with company safety standards, quality protocols, and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in driving lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives.
- Strong technical understanding of production scheduling, inventory control systems (ERP), and workflow optimization.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor production teams effectively.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and reporting software to track operational performance metrics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
