EPS Malaysia is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily business operations for our client in the Manufacturing, Transport, and Logistics sector in Johor Bahru. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, implementing efficient workflows, and ensuring maximum productivity across teams.
As the Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with senior management to align operational capabilities with overall strategic goals. You will manage supply chain activities, streamline warehouse processes, and lead a high-performing team to meet rigorous service level agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of managing operations within a fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations in manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics to ensure seamless supply chain performance.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and cost-efficiency.
- Manage and mentor floor supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and high performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and external vendors to optimize inventory management and timely delivery.
- Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards in Johor.
- Prepare and manage the operational budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and minimal waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an operations management role within Manufacturing, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, inspire, and develop cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is an asset.
- Deep familiarity with industrial zone operations in Johor Bahru and surrounding shipping networks.
