In this role, you will work closely with branch managers, the executive team, and various department heads to implement standard operating procedures, training programs, and performance metrics. Your leadership will directly impact our profitability, brand reputation, and team morale.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the Philippine food and beverage (F&B) landscape. You will leverage your expertise to drive sales, enhance guest loyalty, and navigate the dynamic market of Metro Manila. Your strategic vision will be critical in opening new branches, upgrading existing facilities, and strengthening our position as a leader in the industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all Dampa Seafood Grill branches, ensuring consistency and excellence in service and quality.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to maximize efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction across all locations.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage branch managers and operational staff to build and sustain high-performing teams.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and implementing cost control measures.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all branches.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and strategic growth.
- Lead inventory management, supply chain coordination, and vendor relationship management to optimize resources.
- Conduct regular branch audits and site visits to uphold brand standards and operational policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in the F&B, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets, P&L statements, and operational costs.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across all branch locations (primarily within Metro Manila).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and POS systems.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
