- Oversee the daily operations of hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure seamless guest services.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to maximize efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for operational departments, driving revenue and controlling costs.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads and team members, fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct regular operational audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that boost occupancy rates and ancillary revenue.
- Ensure the property meets all health, safety, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Address guest feedback and resolve operational issues swiftly to maintain the hotel's reputation for excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a senior supervisory or management role.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction scores.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
