Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and brand compliance.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, audits, and minimizing shrinkage.
- Train and mentor retail staff on product knowledge, specifically focusing on our wellness product line.
- Drive sales performance by setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and implementing effective merchandising strategies.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through expert product advice and resolution of inquiries.
- Analyze sales reports and operational data to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed consistently by all team members.
- Coordinate with head office regarding marketing promotions and seasonal product launches.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management or operations, preferably in the wellness or hospitality sector.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing inventory effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Keen interest and basic knowledge of wellness products and healthy lifestyle trends.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate retail business hours, including weekends and holidays.
