Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality operations management
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in Bali tourism sector
- Strong knowledge of operational KPIs and performance metrics
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
