Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end tour operations including itinerary execution and resource allocation
- Manage logistics including transportation, accommodations, and vendor partnerships
- Lead and develop operational teams through training, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Optimize operational systems and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams to enhance service delivery
- Analyze operational KPIs and prepare performance reports for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in travel operations or tourism management
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of Sabah tourism landscape and local regulations
- Expertise in operational systems and process optimization
- Certification in safety compliance (e.g., first aid, emergency response)
- Advanced proficiency in travel management software and MS Office suite
