Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive operational strategies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow optimization to reduce manual tasks and minimize errors.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to generate actionable insights that drive business growth and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Sales, Logistics, Finance) to ensure alignment of operational goals with company objectives.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure quality service and timely delivery of materials or services.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards within the operations environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within Manufacturing, Transport, or Logistics.
- Proven experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Strong proficiency in using data analytics tools and workflow management software (e.g., SAP, ERP, MS Office Suite).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Fluent in English and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
