- Oversee the daily operations of the resort to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement strategies to enhance overall guest satisfaction and elevate the standard of hospitality.
- Monitor operational budgets and manage inventory levels to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across the property.
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and execute marketing and operational plans.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software systems.
