Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline transport services and guest logistics.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of drivers and support staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage daily fleet scheduling, maintenance coordination, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with local transport regulations and company safety protocols.
- Handle escalated guest inquiries and resolve operational issues with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the overall brand experience for our clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in hospitality, tourism, or transport logistics.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in operational management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of the Denpasar and broader Bali transport landscape.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
