We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead end-to-end gas plant operations in Sembawang. This strategic role requires a visionary leader to drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. You will oversee daily plant activities, ensure safety compliance, and spearhead strategic planning initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in industrial operations management and a proven track record of leading high-performance teams in challenging environments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all aspects of gas plant operations to ensure maximum efficiency and safety compliance
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee plant maintenance, equipment reliability, and process optimization
- Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence
- Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and supply chain departments
- Implement and monitor KPIs to drive performance improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in operations management within energy/manufacturing
- Proven track record in gas plant operations or heavy industrial settings
- Strong strategic planning and continuous improvement methodology expertise
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or equivalent
- Advanced knowledge of EHS regulations and operational compliance standards
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in operational management software and data analytics tools
