Are you an experienced leader with a strong background in operations and a proven track record in sales? Celestial Meadows Developers Corp. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our branch in the beautiful municipality of Moalboal, Cebu.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining day-to-day operations, driving local sales initiatives, and maintaining the high standards of customer satisfaction that our brand is known for. You will lead a dedicated local team, implement strategic business plans, and ensure operational excellence across all functions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily business and site operations of the Moalboal branch to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Drive, monitor, and support local sales initiatives and agent networks to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and administrative personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients, sales partners, and local government units (LGUs).
- Manage operational budgets, control expenses, and compile regular reports on sales performance and operational metrics for executive management.
- Ensure the proper upkeep, security, and maintenance of company properties and assets in the region.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and operational bottlenecks swiftly and professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of solid experience in Operations Management with a strong background in Sales.
- Experience in real estate, property development, or memorial park management is highly advantageous.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and motivating diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Bisaya and English is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic, results-oriented mindset.
- Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Moalboal, Cebu.
