Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily operational activities to ensure alignment with production targets and quality benchmarks.
- Develop and implement robust production planning strategies to optimize resource utilization and reduce downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) to enhance overall process flow and operational efficiency.
- Manage manpower allocation, including training, scheduling, and performance management to maximize team productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve supply chain bottlenecks and technical support challenges.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior management for operational growth.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, environmental, and industry regulatory standards within the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an operations management or production planning role, preferably within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
- Deep understanding of production control, material requirements planning (MRP), and resource capacity planning.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire diverse operational teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a technical mindset and ability to perform root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, proficient in English and Malay to facilitate stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and data-driven operational reporting.
