- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to support company growth and meet financial targets.
- Monitor and manage the departmental budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and costs are controlled.
- Analyze current workflows and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce waste.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, providing clear direction and performance feedback.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the workplace.
- Collaborate with supply chain partners and vendors to optimize logistics and inventory management.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed operational reports for senior management.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and implementing innovative solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Operations Manager role, preferably within Manufacturing or Transport & Logistics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proven track record of budget management and cost reduction initiatives.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
