Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily logistics operations including warehouse management, transportation planning, and freight coordination
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage and mentor a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and service providers
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance and budget adherence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations management
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs regulations, and transportation systems
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent) is a plus
