- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and inventory management
- Coordinate order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery and accuracy
- Manage logistics operations including shipping, receiving, and third-party carrier relationships
- Develop and implement operational procedures to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead and mentor warehouse/logistics staff, fostering a culture of performance and safety
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement data-driven improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in operations management, warehouse, or logistics leadership
- Proven experience with inventory management systems and logistics software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data and metrics
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional team leadership and cross-functional communication skills
- Knowledge of supply chain optimization and process improvement methodologies
