- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow

- Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure compliance with healthcare standards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations management
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proficient in healthcare management software and operational systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in Healthcare Management or Operations is preferred
