- Oversee end-to-end operational workflow ensuring efficiency and service excellence

- Coordinate logistics across multiple service points in Denpasar region
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures for sustainable operations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Tourism
- 5+ years progressive experience in operational leadership roles
- Proven track record in team development and performance management
- Expertise in logistics coordination and resource optimization
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in operational management software (ERP, CRM)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Deep understanding of Bali's tourism landscape
