Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, hospitality, or related fields.
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software.
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards in Sarawak, Malaysia.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
