Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and project execution for construction and building management activities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Manage cross-functional teams including contractors, engineers, and support staff
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies
- Optimize supply chain and vendor management processes
- Conduct regular operational audits and performance reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management within construction or facility management
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and building regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Ability to analyze operational data and implement process improvements
