Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations across all aquarium departments including guest services, maintenance, and safety protocols
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance visitor experience while optimizing resource allocation
- Lead, train, and mentor operations staff through performance management and professional development
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with marketing, veterinary, and facilities teams
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement data-driven improvements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement for operational supplies
- Conduct regular facility inspections and maintenance scheduling
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in operations management within hospitality/tourism sector
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
