Oversee daily patis operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality controlImplement efficient operational procedures to enhance productivity and reduce costsTrain and supervise staff to maintain high service standards and compliance with food safety protocolsMonitor sales performance and develop strategies to achieve business targetsManage vendor relationships and coordinate supply chain logisticsHandle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptlyPrepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management within hospitality or food service industryProven leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teamsStrong knowledge of inventory control, cost management, and supply chain operationsExcellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsProficient in using operational management software and MS Office applicationsCertification in food safety management is highly desirableFluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
