In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our daily operations, ensuring that every guest experience reflects our high standards of quality and service.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between back-of-house efficiency and front-of-house excellence. You will be responsible for mentoring our team, streamlining operational workflows, and ensuring that our SOPs are not just followed, but lived by every team member. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end daily operations for two Tumboo outlets, ensuring seamless performance.
  • Maintain and monitor strict food quality control and presentation standards across all service shifts.
  • Develop, implement, and audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and schedule team members to ensure optimal staffing levels and high morale.
  • Manage inventory levels, supply chain procurement, and minimize waste to optimize outlet profitability.
  • Monitor customer feedback and resolve service escalations promptly to ensure high guest satisfaction ratings.
  • Generate regular performance reports detailing sales, labor costs, and operational KPIs for management.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Deep understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance protocols.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in cost control, budgeting, and P&L management.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the business.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of multi-tasking across multiple physical locations.
