We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our boutique Food & Beverage establishment in the vibrant heart of Badung, Bali. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless business operations while fostering a positive and productive work environment for our dedicated staff.
As the face of our daily management, you will lead by example, driving high standards of service, quality control, and operational efficiency. Your ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day tactical execution will be key to creating an exceptional and memorable experience for every guest. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to deliver top-tier customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, supplier relationships, and cost control measures.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to enhance brand reputation.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management within the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of cost control, inventory management, and P&L analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (preferred).
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia.
