Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily café operations, including opening, closing, and shift management to ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders with suppliers, and minimize waste to control costs.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Analyze daily sales reports and financial performance to identify trends and implement improvements.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the management team on menu development and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role with a focus on team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Relevant food safety handling certifications are a plus.
