Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the Central Production Unit, ensuring all production targets are met efficiently and on schedule
- Manage, train, and develop a team of culinary professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Implement and maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Develop and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and ensure consistent quality across all products
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of ingredients, and manage procurement within budget constraints
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination between production and distribution
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations in the central kitchen
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food production or central kitchen management, preferably in a large-scale catering environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and industry best practices
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams in a fast-paced production environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and production planning software
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
