Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute operational strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize store profitability.
- Oversee end-to-end restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and brand quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire outlet managers and frontline staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory, supply chain relations, and cost-of-goods-sold (COGS) to maintain healthy margins.
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance data, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive promotional activities and enhance brand visibility.
- Standardize operational procedures (SOPs) across all branches to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a multi-outlet environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing large teams.
- Deep knowledge of P&L management, budget forecasting, and cost control strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Indonesian and English.
- A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and MS Office suite.
- Highly organized, analytical, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
