Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of F&B outlets to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Monitor and improve outlet performance metrics including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Manage and lead a team of staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Implement and enforce operational standards, hygiene protocols, and quality control measures
- Handle inventory management, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability
- Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain service excellence
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to coordinate promotions and events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B operations management
- Proven track record of leading and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, inventory management, and cost control
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
- Proficiency in management software and MS Office applications
- Valid food handling and hygiene certifications (where applicable)
