Eraya is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Manager F&B (Talent Pool) - Assistant Manager to join our team in Pasarrebo, Jakarta Raya. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily F&B retail operations, ensuring that every customer interaction is seamless and exceeds expectations.
You will drive the store's success by developing strategies that enhance productivity, enforce strict cost control measures, and maintain high standards of service excellence. We are looking for a proactive leader who can motivate the team, manage inventory effectively, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily F&B retail operations to ensure maximum efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and maintain strict cost control.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock orders to minimize waste and shortages.
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B staff to ensure high service standards and team cohesion.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and business growth.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in F&B operations, retail management, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
