Hyatt Hotels is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager - Food and Beverage to join our esteemed team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets within the F&B Beverage Division. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving profitability across all assigned venues. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple F&B outlets within the beverage division.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and guest satisfaction across all venues.
- Manage operational budgets and P&L statements to drive profitability and cost control.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of chefs, servers, and support staff.
- Implement and maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with Hyatt protocols.
- Develop and execute marketing promotions to boost sales and guest engagement.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and supply chain efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in F&B operations, preferably within a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a multi-outlet team.
- Proven track record in financial management, including budgeting and P&L analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local dialects.
- Deep knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu engineering, and guest service standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems and operational software.
