Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily marine hotel and hospitality operations for a fleet of Offshore Support Vessels (OSVs).
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize vessel turnaround times, crew welfare, and client satisfaction.
- Manage procurement, inventory, and logistics for vessel supplies, catering, and crew amenities.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of operations supervisors and administrative personnel.
- Ensure strict compliance with MPA, MSRA, and international maritime safety and environmental regulations.
- Manage P&L for the operations department, preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for charterers and port authorities, resolving any operational conflicts.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in marine operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of OSV operations, crew boat logistics, or offshore accommodation management.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L responsibility.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in maritime ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
- Possess a strong network within the Singapore maritime industry.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language (Malay, Mandarin, or Tagalog) is highly advantageous.
