J.J. Drilltek Corporation is looking for a high-caliber Operations Manager to lead our geotechnical operations from our base in Carmona, Cavite. This is a strategic leadership position designed for an engineering professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical acumen to oversee complex drilling and site investigation projects.
As the Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our field success, managing between 4 to 8 active site projects simultaneously. Your primary objective will be to ensure operational excellence, balancing resource allocation with project deadlines while maintaining the highest safety standards in the industry. This role is perfect for a proactive leader who enjoys a mix of office-based strategic planning and hands-on site management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and synchronize the daily operations of 4 to 8 concurrent geotechnical site projects.
- Manage manpower scheduling, equipment deployment, and material logistics to optimize project efficiency.
- Enforce strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols and quality control standards across all sites.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders regarding operational progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor technical performance and resolve onsite operational bottlenecks.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring projects remain profitable and cost-effective.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement strategies for drilling processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of solid experience in operations management within the construction or geotechnical industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple project sites and diverse field teams simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of geotechnical drilling methods, soil mechanics, and heavy machinery operations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be willing to work in Carmona, Cavite, and travel to various site locations as needed.
