- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the hotel and spa departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of staff members to maintain high morale and productivity.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guarantee consistent quality and safety compliance.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel or spa operations, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and improving operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems.
